Phil was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Christian wedding digital and film photographer who fell in love with the art of photographing two people in love.
Phil’s dad was formally a professional film wedding photographer for over 10 years, which drove him into his own love for weddings. His practice for photography continues to bring him closer to others while also challenging the definitions of wedding photography and what it means to celebrate.
With his 5 years of wedding photography experience, he blends fine art, editorial, and documentary influences into his storytelling. Every frame is captured with intention, evoking a sense of sincerity and a hint of nostalgia.
